Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. Isaiah 46:11
The man that executes my counsel is a figure that arises in relation to two events that at the time of the prophet write the prophecies have not yet occurred, and that none can warn about the possibility of their existence since there are no features at the time that identify them.
We will introduce to chapters 45, 46 and 47 of the book of the prophet Isaiah, viewed from the perspective of the reader of his time.
The two events are; the first one, the emergence of a nation, not mentioned in the text, and that possibly does not even exist yet, that will be established on the earth to govern the whole region, according to the text of chapter 45 of Isaiah:
Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God. 15Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour. Isaiah 45:14-15
The second event is the collapse of a nation whose name is mentioned in chapter 46 indirectly by the gods that represent it: Bel and Nebo. Chapter 47 identifies it as Babylon.
By the time the prophet Isaiah writes, Jerusalem is just beginning to establish political-commercial relationships with Babylon, so it is clear that the prophet’s prophecies were absurd to its inhabitants. The text of chapter 47 describes Jerusalem’s confidence in this administrative connection.
Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate. … 5Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of kingdoms. … 7 And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it. 8 Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children: Isaiah 47:1-8
Although not directly as it appears in the text of the prophet Jeremiah, Isaiah warns the people that they are exposed to an exile similar to that which Samaria was subjected to. The evidence is in the following fragments,
Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save. … 22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. Isaiah 45:20-22
But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments. … 11Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know. Isaiah 47:9-11
And this, that is, their destruction, as a result of having transgressed their covenant with the Lord God, and having established idolatrous worship similar to that practiced by neighboring nations, as the text itself denounces it,
Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save. 21Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. 22Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. Isaiah 45:20-22
To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like? 6They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, and hire a goldsmith; and he maketh it a god: they fall down, yea, they worship. 7They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he not remove: yea, one shall cry unto him, yet can he not answer, nor save him out of his trouble. Isaiah 46:5-7
Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail. 13Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.…. Isaiah 47:12-15
And it is inside this panorama of idolatry, of apostasy, and of political alliances, where emerges in the text the man that executes my counsel, as the person in charge to put order, and by his administration, to begin the reconstruction of Jerusalem,
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: 11Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it. 12Hearken unto me, ye stouthearted, that are far from righteousness: 13I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory. Isaiah 46:9-13
The man that executes my counsel is one who lunges against that which is established by the institutions and breaks its provisions. He will impose his decisions even on the threats of all those who oppose recognizing Israel as a nation. His reforms are not seen by him as such, nor is he consulting with the Bible to define them, yet he does and establishes according to the prophetic words proclaimed from ancient times by the most emblematic prophets. All of this, to show that his executions are decisions made in the bosom of Jehovah, as explained by the prophet himself.
That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; Isaiah 44:25
To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like? Isaiah 46:5
The man that executes my counsel is an operation of God. It is not a religious reform project carried out by the most charismatic preacher, this in order to fulfill what the apostle Paul pointed out regarding the way God operates:
But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 1st. Corinthians 1:27,28
The man that executes my counsel marks the beginning of the time of Israel’s restoration, as recorded in the epistle of the apostle Paul to the Romans, where Paul states that the presence of the man that executes my counsel marks the end of an age, the fullness of the Gentiles, to make way for the time of Israel’s restoration.
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in. 26And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes. Romans 11:25-28
The man that executes my counsel is identified in the text as Cyrus, as stated in the following texts,
Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; 2I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: 3And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. 4For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me. 5I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: Isaiah 45:1-5
According to the text of Isaiah, the appearance of the man of my counsel is subordinate to the appearance of a supernatural sign. The text states that along with the convocation to the man that executes my counsel, Jehovah also calls the bird of prey.
The original text identifies that the bird that comes from the East is a bird of prey, a bird of rapine, in other words, a predator. This fact cannot go unnoticed because it is part of the call made to the man that executes my counsel.
So far, in another writing originally published in Spanish and translated into English months later, we had identified the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, as the person described in the book of the prophet Isaiah as the man who executes my counsel. The following demonstrates the veracity of the point.
On Friday April 28, 2017, an unusual event happened in Israel, 40,000 Levant hawks fly over Eilat. (Bates, 2017) In the article originally published in English by Arutz Sheva, (Arutz Sheva, 2017) they say that these birds nest in the mountainous forests of the Balkans. Also note that,
Most of what is currently known about Levant sparrowhawks is learned from their migration patterns. Israel’s SPNI counted approximately 60,000 Levant sparrowhawks flying over Israel, which are estimated to represent the species’ entire global population.
The unusual event takes on value because it is the physical evidence of God’s call for the man of my counsel to execute on Israel the spiritual reforms that God Himself has established at the time of Israel’s restoration.
The news is even more notorious since we were recently surprised by the news that President Donald Trump will visit Israel from May 19, and will include Saudi Arabia and the Vatican, which together with Israel represent the religious epicenter of monotheistic religions interrelated with Jehovah.
The prophecy has been fulfilled in Donald Trump, just as Isaiah prophesied, the bird (of prey) from the east, and the man from my far-off land counsel have met in Israel in less than a month’s difference between the two events. We are entering a stage of restoration for Israel.
One of the reforms that will establish and form part of the divine executions is the move of the United States Embassy to Jerusalem. This move is important because it will be establishing and recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, as the prophet Micah established it:
But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. Micah 4:1
The United States recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel was given on December 6th, 2017.
Donald Trump would be giving place for the next president of the United States of America to be a citizen of Jewish descent, which would establish a religious-spiritual bridge between America and its allies and Israel, in order to fulfill what Jesus himself said:
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14
