If the Gospel consisted of words accommodated to human reason, and/or philosophical slogans, we could say that the Great Commission was already concluded; the mass media are full of all this, even of words as declared by God, offering people prosperity and well-being.
But what does ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me‘ really mean?

Are we talking about the same Gospel?
