Instruction to Pastors on the Ministerial Work that God demands for the Last Time

Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD. Numbers 31:16

The demand of this new age requires greater precision in the use of spiritual strategies on the part of those who have been chosen by the Lord to prepare the way for His second coming.

It is important to have knowledge of what Satan is generating in order to disarticulate the brave of the Kingdom.

Winds of apostasy are already blowing around the entire world, and to counter them it is necessary to take into account the satanic tricks that have been established to silence the prophetic voices.

  1. Satan is hypnotizing many ministers and people of faith, forcing them to prostrate themselves before him, and/or to depend on what he offers them.

These are not people who fall into sin, or into vices. They are people who do not discern between what comes from God and what does not come from God.

What does not come from God, however good it may seem, and/or necessary, constitutes us against God, and places us immediately on the side of darkness.

He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth. Luke 11:23

Satanic hypnosis or fascination is the proposal that offers ministerial successes. It is based on the Scriptures themselves to counter revelation and subjugate people under religious rituals,

O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? Galatians 3:1

It is the same kind of temptation to which Jesus was subjected at the beginning of his earthly ministry,

And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Mathew 4:9

Along with this offer of “all these things will I give thee” comes a body of apostate doctrine, like the small print of a contract, which binds men and women of faith and holds them captive under the terms that Satan establishes.

Many men and women of faith fall into this satanic bond, mainly because they renounce faith and divine provision as their only source of provision. They do not realize their codependence, and enter into vicious circles that feed and strengthen them.

The Bible has the spiritual explanation of why this satanic hypnosis is so strong. There is a correlation between this temptation and the scope and forcefulness of the ministry of the one who is seduced.

When Satan realizes that he is in front of a minister of transcendence, he immediately seeks to hypnotize him, and force him to prostrate himself. Some examples illustrate this adequately.

Mordecai faced this satanic ruse. Although the instruction to kneel came from the king, Mordecai did not do it because he knew the spiritual weight of kneeling before one who sought the destruction of the Jews: prostrating himself before Haman meant prostrating himself before the spirit that Haman possessed,

And all the king’s servants, that were in the king’s gate, bowed, and reverenced Haman: for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence. Esther 3:2

Daniel and his companions also faced satanic spirits that encouraged people to prostrate themselves before them,

Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? 16Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. Daniel 3:15-18

To prostrate means not to wait on Jesus as a source of provision. He who has recourse to human resources to meet needs prostrates himself. Every time a man or woman of faith turns to human resources, he renounces his faith in Jesus,

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. Jeremiah 17:5

Many men and women of faith are prostrating themselves before needs, and resorting to jobs, to loans, to businesses, which in time become the satanic hindrance to prevent them from doing what they were chosen for by the Lord.

What God wants you to do, He will provide for it,

And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together…   14And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.         Genesis 22:8, 14

If God does not provide, it is simply because He does not want us to do this or that for which we asked for provision, or simply to do it with the limitations we have,

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.   2nd. Corinthians 12:9

  1. Satan is defiling Christian temples and transforming them into Baalic temples of worship.

And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching them, yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction. 34But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it. 35And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.        Jeremiah 32:33-35

It is surprising to see how every day more and more Christian temples are converted into centers of dancing shows.

In the eagerness to become more popular, and attract more people, many Christian temples have undergone a terrible metamorphosis, satanic, emphasizing more the visual option as the alternative of filiation, and reducing to almost nothing the participation of preaching.

The proclamation of the Word has been replaced, in turn, by an increase of “pseudo-prophetic word”, which in reality turns out to be a word of divination that augurs a substantial change of prosperity for the participant of this type of worship. It does not promote the need for repentance, confession of sin, or even the need to recognize the Lordship of Jesus, everything is taken for granted. There is an excessive reinforcement of God’s grace, but it is presented as a platform for licentiousness.

Play of lights, groups of choreographed dances, flags, digitized sounds with abundance of cymbals and drums, are among others the hallmarks of this type of defiled temples.

These defiled temples have established Baal as god, and their ritual worship establishes defilement on earth, causing God to withdraw from the region, as established by the prophet Ezekiel,

He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.            Ezekiel 8:6

And, they attract the wrath of God,

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Romans 2:5

And this is something that is affecting many men and women of faith, who although they have refrained from incurring in that Baalic practice, this increase is producing a greater satanic presence in the regions, and the spiritual struggle has increased. Many men and women of faith are being attacked and do not know where the attack comes from, and how to face it.

Although with titles of Christian temples, once transformed into Baalic temples, they cease to be Christian temples, and must be worked according to biblical protocols on contaminated sites, and rebuke the satanic work in them,

Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 2nd. John 9, 10

The case of the prophet Elijah before the priests of Baal,

And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. I Kings 18:21

Protocol demands a definition. Elias defined and distinguished those who were with Baal, and treated them as such according to the provision of the Law.

A lot of satanic attack is coming out of these defiled temples, and very few have noticed it. Satan’s purpose for defiling them is precisely to attack from there, and not to be seen or discovered.

And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as a heathen man and a publican. Mathew 18:17

The spiritual warfare over these defiled temples must be governed by God’s instructions to John about the temples of Sardis and Thyatira.

  1. Satan is undermining the populated territories by establishing in them altars of idolatrous prostitution.

Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Romans 6:16

The text reveals to us a little-known satanic strategy, although if we check carefully in the account of chapter three of Genesis, we will see it as the strategy used by the serpent to make Adam and Eve fall into sin.

The strategy is to “ask questions,” suggesting answers to people. The posing of a question, of a concern, or of a question, establishes obedience to the one who poses it, if it is answered.

If the process of Adam and Eve’s fall is properly observed, we will see that it all began with a question; Eve’s submission to the serpent began when Eve accepted the question, and answered it.

If we look closely at the Gospel accounts, Jesus never answered a question. He usually rephrased the case by asking another question.

This satanic strategy currently consists of the strategic regional positioning of a commercial product, a brand, even a store. Of course, of a commercial product under a pact, of a brand under a pact, of a store under a pact, a satanic pact.

The book of Revelation shows us that in recent times, trade has made satanic alliances to ensure the global positioning of their products,

And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. Revelations 18:23

These products, these brands, these businesses, establish as a condition of the satanic pact, to subject their clients under spell bindings, not only to continue buying their products, but more, to close their spirits and make them obedient to the satanic dispositions established in the regions.

The purpose is that they can’t hear God’s voice. They close the spirit and even if they attend a church they cannot transcend beyond the purely religious.

Every product, every brand, every business is equivalent to a question. When the person accesses them it is equivalent to answering the question, and from there he is hypnotized, and his spirit closed.

How can we explain that a son of God buys bleach with the name “white magic”, and not realize that an apostate theme entered his home?

How do you explain the fact that a man of faith uses “black cat” matches and does not see in the mark a work of ominous and doom, both proscribed in the Scriptures?

Without going too far, the famous product “Sprite”, which translated means “elf”, is found on the tables of many Christian homes, and no one realizes that the word on the label opened the door of the home to magic and mythological gods.

What’s the point of manufacturers using these apostate names for their products? Are there no other less insinuating names? Brand names indicate the degree of satanic covenant.

It is not a question of not buying, because all commercial products, or at least a great majority, are under satanic pacts. It is not a question of entering a crisis and becoming hermits.

The aim is to remove the vignettes from the products and/or change their packaging.

As for commercial premises, many of them cannot be visited. Entering through its doors is equivalent to embracing the covenant of the spirit that governs them.

Some stores of the chain of stores type, or franchises, are distributed in a city forming esoteric crosses or stars, as part of the satanic pact that governs them.

This strategic regional location is intentional; its purpose is spiritual and not just a product marketing plan.

It is convenient to remember that many of the commercial “magnates” are Masons, and in the marketing of their products a spiritual control of the regions is contemplated.

How does this affect a man or woman of faith? It is equivalent to walking in the middle of a minefield. Spiritual forces move in the environment that exhaust, drain those who walk in their surroundings, and many men and women of faith do not know that they are being watched over and besieged by darkness.

The case presented in Numbers 25 makes us understand the gravity of this satanic strategy. It was a satanic strategy, provoked by the council of Balaam,

Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the LORD. Numbers 31:16

The mortality caused by Balaam’s council was twenty-four thousand people,

And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand. Numbers 25:9

This satanic strategy is very subtle. It is supported by the ingenuity of people, who do not have the spiritual sensitivity or discernment to notice the forces stationed in environments, in places, and fall under the satanic influences of the products and brands that Satan uses to exercise regional government.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. 1st. John 2:15-17

The work that God is demanding of the pastors of last time is unique, and special. It is necessary “to see”, and “understand”, what Satan is provoking in the regions, and to disarticulate it. It is hard work, constant and continuous.

Life in Christ and life in ministry cannot be classified as religious life, much less as a church life; life in Christ and life in ministry have spiritual demands, not knowing them places us in an inactive position within the Kingdom of Heaven.

A Successful Ministry

But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 8Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, Philippians 3:7,8

If we were to define what it is to have a successful ministry, how would we define it?

I remember that in my years of ministerial training, in the Bible Institute, there was no shortage of those who believed that being successful consisted in having an agenda full of daily activities, and they viewed with disdain those who had nothing to do.

Situations haven’t changed much since those years. Today there are those who define ministerial success in terms of the number of mission trips, the size of the church, the number of parishioners, how many books have been written, even the number of invitations to preach in other churches that we receive.

Many of us put the success down to ministerial titles. There is a race to obtain doctoral degrees in theology, in being known as apostles, prophets, or the like, even in the number of other ministers who are under our “coverage”.

In light of these current definitions, many of the renowned biblical personalities would have no place and could not be considered successful ministers. An Elijah who spends three and a half years in hiding, sheltered in the house of a widow in Zarephath of Sidon, fleeing before Jezebel. A Jeremiah, most of his days persecuted, imprisoned in the king’s prison, despised and vagabond. And so, others of whom we even preached for having a life of dependence on God, but who in their time were not considered as men of God.

To begin with, success according to the world is measured by the achievements made in a given period of time. That’s why we’ve noticed that many companies celebrate a “day of accomplishment”. Success is measurable.

According to Scripture, success is not measured; success is weighed by what God has commanded us to do, and how much of that we were willing to do. The best definition is found in Paul’s epistle to the Philippians:

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, Philippians 3:13

We make a ministerial mistake when we want to celebrate a “day of accomplishment”, because it lends itself to sowing pride and vanity. It is not biblical even when we argue that we emphasize it “for the glory of God”.

Ministerial success is not measurable. Wanting or trying to measure our performance places us in God’s position and defiles us with arrogance. The most typical case is the case of the census of David, who in spite of knowing that his execution depended on the Most High, wanted to measure his military strength, and received a strong rebuke for his raving.

And David said to Joab and to the rulers of the people, Go, number Israel from Beersheba even to Dan; and bring the number of them to me, that I may know it.…..5 And Joab gave the sum of the number of the people unto David. And all they of Israel were a thousand thousand and an hundred thousand men that drew sword: and Judah was four hundred threescore and ten thousand men that drew sword… 7 and God was displeased with this thing; therefore he smote Israel. I Chronicles 21:2-7

For those who seek ministerial success, they should know that it begins with a reputation for loss of all things. It is not a play on words or a metaphorical interpretation of the Word. One of the spiritual principles of the Word is that Scripture is not a book of poems to try to understand it metaphorically.

What do we think the rich young man understood when Jesus said to him, Go, sell all that you have and give to the poor?[1] For that reason he left very sadly, because Jesus was not asking him to interpret His words, He was speaking literally.

To reckon all things for loss, and surrendering everything. Not figuratively, literally. The writer of the Epistle to the Hebrews emphasizes the value of having everything for loss:

For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. Hebrews 10:34

It is a spiritual principle, originating in the way Jesus began his earthly ministry.

But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: Philippians 2:7

The weight of this act consists in understanding that material things defile, and burden people with a spiritual weight that prevents us from operating according to the Grace of the One who called us. Paul recognized in his time that material things impregnate ministers of purposes not according to the Will of God.

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. 2nd. Timothy 2:4

For that reason, Paul recommends that we have to divest ourselves of all those material things that are part of our achievements, and of our material goods because they act as spiritual anchors that prevent us from moving in God.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Hebrews 12:1

In another of his epistles, he presents them as causes of defilement.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2nd. Corinthians 7:1

Surely there will be those who believe that we are exaggerating the Word, seeing things that do not exist. Why did Daniel decide not to defile himself with the king’s food? Because if we were to see, even the legumes were the king’s property.

Daniel arranged not to bind himself to the value of the king’s things, nor the proposed position of dignity, and to demonstrate it, they renounced the assigned food and opted for a rough diet, and for his whole life, the ten days were only a test for the eunuch to allow it.

His decision, as the Epistle to the Hebrews refers to, choosing rather to be afflicted with God’s people than to enjoy temporary comforts of sin,[2] was what made not only their faces look better and more nourished with flesh than the other boys who ate of the king’s food ration,[3] but also no other was found among them like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: And in every matter of wisdom and understanding which the king demanded of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his kingdom.[4]

It is not symbolic, then, when Paul speaks of reckoning all things as lost. It is to deliver them literally, because of the weight of sin -spiritual ballast- that material things possess. Let us remember that what Satan offered Jesus at the end of his forty days of fasting was precisely material things: All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them:[5]

How paradoxical! The world has given us the wrong idea of “success”. It has pointed out to us that to be successful means to increase, to multiply.

The Scriptures call us to reconcile ourselves with the purposes of God’s Will and make us understand that we should not measure our performance by the pagan concepts of the world.

We are called, called by the Eternal God, Almighty, to execute and establish His purposes on earth, in many cases, we will not be seen by the people, because the Lord will keep us anonymous. We should not be interested in how the world measures success. We should be concerned that we are in the place that God wants, and fulfilling His Will. Therefore, the story of the heroes of faith, chapter eleven of the Epistle to the Hebrews ends: Of whom the world was not worthy.[6]

So, if we want to have a successful ministry, we already know how to start it: stripping ourselves of the burden of sin that material things possess. Let us remove all those material things to which we have bound ourselves, those that we always carry with us, those that would hurt us to lose. Let us have only what is necessary and let us not fill ourselves with unnecessary things. Success in Jacob began when he divested himself of even properties of daily personal use. He discovered liberation from material things.

Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments: 3And let us arise, and go up to Bethel; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went. 4And they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods which were in their hand, and all their earrings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem. 5And they journeyed: and the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob. Genesis 35:2-5

As ministers of a new covenant, we should not become pregnant with the business of life, we should be in the business of our Heavenly Father.

Let us begin to give today, let us remember that it is more blessed to give than to receive.

I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. Acts 20:35

Well, you have noticed that the ministry does not consist so much in what we do, nor in how well known we are, nor much less in how many people we have around us-the ministry that the Lord demands consists in doing that for which we were reached by Him, doing that which has not been entrusted to us will become the element that will divert us from the holy purpose.
