The year 2020, the year of perfect vision

And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

Luke 8:10

I was remembering that last year, just around this time, at a meeting with several friends of mine, I jokingly asked them: -Do you know what the year 2020 has been called? I remember that they gave me several names; of course, none of them coincided with the answer I had, since it was something I had coined, in a humorous way; at the end I explained that because it was the year 2020, it would be called the year of perfect vision: 20/20 vision. At that moment I presented it as something humorous, an occurrence that came to my mind for the moment.

A couple of days ago the phrase came back to my mind again but this time with a greater seriousness, and for the moment I thought, a year ago at this time, did the phrase really come to me as a momentary occurrence, or was God troubling my spirit about the things we would face?

The year 2020 will go down in history as a year loaded with many upheavals, I have not read any article reporting on what this year meant for humanity, but I think that from someone doing so it will highlight that the year 2020 brought social crisis, economic scarcity and death, among other things. Definitely the year 2020 is a turning point, the history of humanity has taken a turn, the question is, where to? and why?

Of course, these ‘convulsions’ of the year 2020 are forms of evaluation of a journalistic vision; but we men and women of faith are not alarmists, we are not impressed by the adversities, since we know from the Scriptures that God can even ‘reveal’ the sovereignty that He has over the earth and all its inhabitants; so, if the year 2020 has to do with ‘perfect vision’, something more than simple misfortunes God wants us to see; the 20/20 vision has to do with the spiritual and prophetic vision of how God evaluates situations, and how He intends for men and women of faith to evaluate situations.

The year began with some pretty hectic situations, the impeachment of President Donald Trump (January 16 – February 5, 2020); it was followed by the alarming news that we are facing a ‘pandemic’, and that it is producing many deaths (March 11); then, in the summer, the six tropical storms and seven hurricanes that directly hit the United States; the two hurricanes that hit Central America; the upsurge of COVID-19; and now, at the end of the year, a rigged election that, according to many testimonies, there has been a deliberate conspiracy to remove Donald Trump and put in his place a person who, because of the way he chose his cabinet, is the continuity of Barack Obama’s government.

What is all this data telling us? What should we see for it? These data are leading us to understand that there are forces of darkness pushing the circumstances and forcing situations to cause stagnation to the prophetic work of the Kingdom on earth, it is a time of prelude to persecution over the work of faith that will rise in a very subtle way through the media, all to make men and women of faith ‘ashamed’ of their faith in Jesus and the prophetic work; I find that there is a similarity between what happened during this year and the form of oppression and stagnation provoked by Tobias and Sambalat to prevent the Jews from rebuilding Jerusalem upon the return from captivity.[1]  The pandemic brought as a direct consequence that many churches were closed for several months, many ministers were not prepared for such a situation and could not understand the transition process to which God is taking us.

In prophetic matters about the role of nations, the book of Daniel opened the way to understand that nations respond to spiritual powers that seek to establish hegemony over entire regions. The year 2019 ended up showing two nations -USA and China- in a commercial struggle. Why the commercial war between the USA and China, only free trade competition? History has taught us that political power is gained in the field of trade,[2] so whoever dominates the market will dominate their competitors politically and economically.

As for the pandemic, is it really a new viral disease, or a genetic manipulation produced in the laboratories? Why did COVID-19 originate in China but has attacked the rest of the countries in the world more? The ongoing trade war between the U.S. and China, which threatened to stall the trade in Chinese products, was diminished precisely by the emergence of COVID-19. If people in China continue to ingest bats and pangolins, which many believe were the cause of the emergence of COVID-19, why haven’t they continued to be infected as they were when the pandemic began? In recent months, even a Chinese intervention in the November 3 election has come to light.

What will we be exposed to in the next few years? The people of faith must learn to live life in Jesus by faith; relying on a vaccine is not the solution to a crisis of faith.

Why is COVID-19’s rebound? Is it a natural curve? In recent months a global operation with a climate background has come to light, which has nothing to do with COVID-19, but has used the initiative of countries to restore lockdowns, to show the need to ‘reform’ the traditional work lifestyle and maintain the online operations that predominated during the time of the lockdown initially decreed by governments.

The operation is called, ‘the great reset’,[3] because of its English name; its slogan reads: “To reset and shape the future we want”. The people behind this operation are extremely influential people, including many rulers of industrialized countries, but surprisingly, Donald Trump does not support this operation. The upsurge in COVID-19 is unnatural; the governments of several industrialized countries lifted health measures early to ‘expose’ the population to greater contagion, and then forced the reintroduction of lockdowns to extend the online form of work that had been in place since March.

Why do they want to remove Donald Trump from the presidency of the USA? Is there a conspiracy in the world behind all these events? Donald Trump is a threat to this operation ‘green new deal’, it is not just a political party and part of the population that does not tolerate him; Donald Trump got more votes on November 3rd than any other previous president in time for re-election, so it is not for lack of sympathy that they are looking to remove him from the presidency. The operation of November 3rd came about as a plan B of not prevailing impeachment against him, this operation of electoral fraud was planned with enough time; if you check the text in Esther’s book about the conspiracy of Haman son of Amadatha Agageo to exterminate the Jews, you will see that the conspiracy operation was done twelve months in advance.[4]

Where is God in all this? The year 2020 is about to end, and when the clocks of the whole world strike twelve one minutes on December 31st, and we have entered the year 2021, we will begin to see God’s supernatural intervention on all this work of darkness that man has contributed to stop the prophetic advance of the Kingdom on earth, because there is time for everything. All this that is happening worldwide is only a warning of the soon appearance of the Antichrist, and of which many men and women of faith are not prepared to resist.

There is no doubt that the year 2020 has been a different year, but everything that has happened should not go unnoticed, among it, above all, the replacement of Donald Trump; the extraordinary amount of tropical storms and hurricanes that hit the nation during the year should be a warning about what they are exposing themselves to if Donald Trump is removed from the presidency.

Prophetically speaking, the year 2020 is a pivotal year, there is a turn in the way God will be delivering prophetic Revelation as part of the signs of the times, it is not only about ‘natural’ events but, above all, the course of action that will be developing in the nations; the nations of the world will be intervening directly by the hand of God, under this vision should be understood the hurricanes over Central America.

The year 2020 is a year of prudent and foolish virgins,[5] it is the year where the difference of the spiritual condition of each one is established; and we begin to see this with the arrival of the pandemic and the closing of the temples because of the lockdown, many believers were confronted in their faith without being able to understand or explain if this came from God or was a product of the devil. As the fatuous virgins were unable to move on to the next phase of the operation for which they were chosen, many ministries and congregations were left on the road without the option of restructuring.

The month of January will be a month of spiritual upheaval, it will bring much more confusion than what COVID-19 brought about in terms of faith; many will succumb, but others will be affirmed, and this is the work of the Spirit of Truth, that the Word established by the Lord may be fulfilled: Everyone who is of the truth hears my voice.

E eu farei juízos sobre todos os deuses do Egipto. Eu sou o Senhor

O Senhor pediu-me que vos escrevesse por causa de uma palavra na leitura da história da nona e décima pragas sobre o Egipto que me tem vindo a chamar a atenção há já alguns dias. Refiro-me ao seguinte texto: Êxodos 12:12:

E eu passarei pela terra do Egito esta noite e ferirei todo primogênito na terra do Egito, desde os homens até aos animais; e sobre todos os deuses do Egito farei juízos. Eu sou o Senhor.

A descrição do julgamento inclui três fases, a maioria de nós viu apenas uma. O julgamento estabelece as seguintes etapas:

  1. passarei pela terra do Egipto esta noite,
  2. e ferirei todo primogênito na terra do Egito, e
  3. e eu farei juízos sobre todos os deuses do Egipto.

A primeira etapa, passarei pela terra do Egipto esta noite, significa “visita”; não é apenas uma expressão para preencher o argumento do texto. Deus apresenta nesta descrição a sua intenção de “visitar” a terra do Egito, ou seja, todos os seus habitantes, egípcios e hebreus; agora, na Bíblia, quando a ação de Deus de visitar um lugar é apresentada, é feito para enfatizar que Deus desce ao lugar para “avaliar” (pesar, em alguns textos, como em Daniel), os habitantes da terra. O que isto significa, então, é que Deus está a descer para determinar “COMO” merecem os habitantes do lugar para evitar ou receber o justo julgamento da sua visita.

A segunda etapa, e ferirei todo primogênito na terra do Egito, é a parte que todos conhecemos e a parte que mais salientámos, a saber, a morte do primogénito; no entanto, espiritualmente, tem um significado muito mais amplo do que simplesmente punir uma nação inteira, retirando o primogénito às suas gerações. A morte do primogênito significa a medida de fé que Abraão estabeleceu como requisito para estabelecer o Reino e construir uma nação, quando não manteve seu único filho Isaque e o sacrificou (de acordo com Hebreus 11:9) em Moriah (Gênesis 22:2). A morte dos filhos primogénitos do Egipto foi um protesto contra o mal de uma nação que tinha matado gerações de crianças hebraicas, atirando-as ao rio.

A terceira etapa, e farei juízos sobre todos os deuses do Egipto, significa a destruição de todo o trabalho satânico que se tinha levantado na região por causa dos rituais e práticas de feitiçaria que se tinham espalhado por outras terras, como está escrito no livro do profeta Isaías 19:3: “E o espírito dos egípcios se esvaecerá dentro deles; eu destruirei o seu conselho, e eles consultarão os seus ídolos, e encantadores, e adivinhos, e mágicos.”

Sabeis certamente que as últimas três pragas incluíam todos os habitantes da Terra, pelo que os relatos salientam que Deus faria a diferença entre o seu povo e os egípcios, indicando assim que eles – os hebreus – não estavam isentos deles.

A praga do coronavírus foi trazida pelo próprio Deus, o coronavírus não é obra de Satanás, por isso não pode ser repreendida porque estaríamos a erguer-nos contra Deus. Num dos ensinamentos, apresentei a instrução para estudar as dez pragas porque o coronavírus está a seguir o mesmo caminho das dez pragas do Egipto.

Das três fases que este julgamento de Deus estabeleceu sobre o Egipto, a terceira fase foi particularmente marcante para mim: e farei julgamentos sobre todos os deuses do Egipto. Penso que a razão disto é porque o julgamento não é dirigido apenas contra os deuses, mas contra os nichos onde foram colocados; se os deuses estão no coração de um homem/mulher de fé, eles também sofrerão o mesmo destino.

O profeta Amós denuncia ao povo que, apesar de Israel ter sido libertado da escravatura do Faraó, o Egipto nunca deixou o seu coração, e a razão para tal foi o facto de o povo nunca ter renunciado aos deuses do Egipto: “Antes, levastes a tenda de vosso Moloque, e o altar das vossas imagens, e a estrela do vosso deus, que fizestes para vós mesmos.” (Amós 5:26).

O coronavírus foi trazido por Deus e significa, como já vimos, uma visita de Deus a todos os países da terra, é portanto um tempo de “avaliação”, Deus está a avaliar (pesar) os habitantes da terra, e particularmente o seu povo, Deus está a determinar a dignidade do seu povo para passar para o próximo que está para vir.

Quantos deuses há no nosso coração que devemos descartar? Não julguem a minha pergunta do ponto de vista religioso; leram-na bem, há deuses que temos de rejeitar para passarmos ao nível seguinte, esta foi a exigência que o próprio Deus fez a Jacob:  “Então, disse Jacó à sua família e a todos os que com ele estavam: Tirai os deuses estranhos que há no meio de vós, e purificai-vos, e mudai as vossas vestes.” (Gênesis 35:1-5).

“deuses do Egito” são todas essas faculdades, ordinárias e/ou extraordinárias, da grande cidade constituída como recursos de sobrevivência, recursos de conforto e recursos de riqueza. Os “deuses do Egipto” são o valor mágico que as pessoas dão aos sonhos, às experiências; é o carácter de feiticeiro que as pessoas desenvolvem para adquirir riqueza, para prevalecer sobre os outros; os “deuses do Egipto” são as práticas místico-religiosas com que as pessoas envolvem os seus males para os fazer parecer justificáveis.

As pragas são contra os “deuses do Egipto” e arrasarão os lugares onde estão, se ainda estiverem no coração de alguém, ele também será dizimado. Devo dizer-vos que, assim que o coronavírus tiver passado, e vai passar em breve, muitas pessoas de Deus não poderão erguer-se, e vereis isso, e tudo porque não lhes tiraram os deuses do coração. Deus está visitando a terra e está fazendo isso para “pesar” os habitantes da terra, o povo de Deus não está isento, o apóstolo Pedro afirma claramente que o julgamento começa primeiro com a casa de Deus (1 Pedro 4:17).

Aproveite estes dias, invoque a Deus com humildade, exponha-se ao julgamento de Deus, e tire honestamente do seu coração os “deuses do Egito”, para que pela ação da fé possamos cumprir a Palavra: e do Egito chamei a meu filho.. (Oseias 11:1; Mateus 2:15)

The coronavirus… the discovery of evidence of the existence of an occult satanic operation that needs to be reported

God’s message in context with the coronavirus

If there is one lesson that the coronavirus pandemic leaves for humanity, it has to be weighed not by the number of deaths it leaves behind, but by the vulnerability of the financial systems on which man has built his economic security.

The major consequence is not deaths, although it is always a pain to lose loved ones, but the major consequences are economic, for many countries, consequences that will take years to overcome.

I do not want to seem insensitive to you, it is not that I put the material more than human lives, a life is priceless; as a pastor I think how many of those who die daily will not have had a chance of salvation, but I discover by the Word of God that there is something more destructive that is coming upon us, and the coronavirus is bringing it out, and we have to prepare ourselves properly. That strong thing that is coming upon us has to do with the financial systems of the world.

The pandemic has exposed the vulnerability —and unfairness— of human financial systems in producing goods, services and wealth. The pandemic caused the collapse of financial markets, banking, commerce, industry – all of it in a matter of weeks. Unemployment, which the United States boasted was the lowest in many years, has averaged a record 3.283 million unemployment insurance claims per week, and Bank of America expects up to 20 million people to lose their jobs by the third quarter with an unemployment rate that could peak at 15%. (Udland, 2020)

Many economists are alarmed by the coming global recession, some even predict that this recession may degenerate into a long depression like the one that hit the United States between 1929 and 1939. (Sabga, 2020)

Does this discussion have any spiritual merit? Why should we discuss the case? The pandemic has exposed the vulnerability – and unfairness – of human financial systems in producing goods, services and wealth; many, many people around the world have been left unemployed, and worst of all, unprepared with enough savings to provide themselves with food.

This situation, of which we are not yet aware, will lead to proposals to develop new models of social, national and international life, not only to prevent so many people from losing their lives, but also to prevent the financial systems from collapsing and wasting years of effort. In the next few years we will see global proposals in the area of finance so as not to depend on money, nor on human labor as the raw material of production; there will be a tendency towards the virtual, and home-based work models will be developed, offices will tend to disappear and mega-workplaces will be operated by robotic systems. The coronavirus will be marking a turn in the thinking of financial school developers, and forcing them to develop new models of social convenience.

Additionally, and this is the purpose of our writing, the coronavirus is a call of attention from God to the communities of faith in Jesus; this situation has taken many communities of faith by surprise, and has put the continuity of many of them at risk; in the worst case, it has undermined the conviction of many men/women of faith as to how to view such an adverse situation.

The coronavirus has been sent by God, and has for the people of faith in Jesus a purpose of training and developing convictions. The coronavirus performs a prophetic function as stated in the teaching shared by the apostle Paul in his epistles, and by the apostle John in his Revelation. The coronavirus is, in that sense, a sign for the people of faith to prepare themselves to face the difficult times that will come upon the church in the times before Jesus’ return to earth.

The three pillars on which rest all the signs of the events that will occur prior to Jesus’ coming, and of which we must be firm in our convictions, are the following.

When they say peace and safety, sudden destruction will come

The coronavirus is intended to be a warning to the people of faith, a kind of drill, so that the man/woman of faith will not trust in the prosperity of the world.

Just before the appearance of the coronavirus, the economies of the world were healthy and prosperous; in the United States alone, the unemployment rate had fallen to 3.6%, the lowest since 1969; and everyone will remember the commercial war that arose between the United States and China to achieve hegemony in world markets.

What happened? Why have things suddenly changed so drastically?

The coronavirus is teaching the faith community that there was a time when it “conformed” to this world, that is, it “took the form” that this world suggested to it. The man/woman of faith “thought” as the world thinks, seeing at the end that a time of economic relief and financial prosperity was coming. The apostle Paul had clearly warned in his doctrine by the Spirit of God that the man/woman of faith cannot conform to this world,

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2

The coronavirus has been established by God as a simulacrum of self-preservation, so that the people of faith may become aware from the Scriptures that before the coming of Jesus there will be a time of world peace and prosperity, established by the antichrist, but which for the church will mean “tribulation”, because in order to enjoy that prosperity, the antichrist will impose the demand that each one submit under his seal, and let himself be codified, as the unique way to buy and sell. The apostle Paul presents it in the following terms,

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 1st. Thessalonians 5:3

The coronavirus has been sent by God to train His people to know how to behave in this type of situation; the coronavirus has been a training model, so that the man/woman of faith can develop strategies and protocols to survive in these situations.

It is not a matter of building “bunkers” to keep a whole month’s supply, that is not the strategy; the apostle warned that there are always “signs” from God to man, and one of them is to understand that every time of “fat cows” is followed by “lean cows”; when the sign is given, that is the time to provide. It is not a new warning, Jesus had spoken about it just before He was crucified,

Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: Matthew 24:32

Anyone who depends on the financial system of this world will surely see their livelihood affected;

19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. 20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? 21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God. Luke 12:19-21

Anyone who develops sustaining protocols according to biblical models, the waves will pass over him/her and his/her situation will not be affected.

27 And in these days came prophets from Jerusalem unto Antioch. 28 And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Cæsar. 29 Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judæa: Acts 11:27-29

The mystery of iniquity is revealed

In the Apostle Paul’s writings, in his second epistle to the Thessalonians, the Apostle refers to a teaching that he shared with the community at some point during his stay among them. The apostle speaks of the existence of a diabolical operation that will bring about the emergence of a personage of satanic descent by whom a world financial system will be established that will not depend on current human efforts to produce sustenance and wealth.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 2nd. Thessalonians 2:3-8

The apostle, in presenting this teaching under the classification of “mystery,” makes the reader see that it is an operation that is not legible to every eye, not even among the communities of faith themselves; the mystery of iniquity, as Paul defines it, is a diabolical operation for which the church will suffer resistance, opposition, and persecution, especially for those who denounce and oppose its satanic operation.

The son of perdition, as the apostle Paul defines him —antichrist, according to John’s definition— is a character of satanic descent who will establish a financial system different from the present one, a “phantom” financial system that will not depend on the concept of buying and selling, nor on the work that man develops to produce profit, but on the injection of virtual capital distributed at the cost of the coding assigned per inhabitant.

The apostle John presented it in his vision of Revelation as a coding control to be read by genetic readers of each person’s forehead and/or right hand. The coronavirus is alerting us to the imminence of such times.

16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:16-17

To understand where the world is heading in the coming years, just review for a few moments some images that were part of the scenarios to detect outbreaks of the pandemic. The reading of the person’s temperature by a digital thermometer pointed at the person’s forehead, makes us refer to a prophetic word that is explained in the book of Revelation.

Although we are not yet in the time of Revelation, however, this image of the temperature reading on the forehead must be telling us something. The platform has already been built, and the coronavirus set the precedent, and God is warning us.

In addition to the above, the subsidies and economic assistance that some governments in the world are giving their inhabitants are not only a palliative to the situation, or ways to contain the recession, are the basis on which it is established that henceforth will be paid not for work done, but for the contribution of the person to distribute that economic good among the established businesses.

Unfortunately, the doctrine of the pre-tribulational rapture of the church is not allowing the communities of faith to prepare themselves adequately; the idea that this human doctrine is developing arrogance among the members of the communities that support it, because they proclaim that the church will not go through such events, as it will be raptured before the operation of the antichrist begins. A human doctrine that is not supported by the Word of God.

For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together: Europe the epicenter of the coronavirus

Europe became the epicenter of the coronavirus as soon as the virus left China, and at some point the numbers of infected and dead even exceeded the data reported by China. How extraordinary is this event? The situation marks the point from which the mystery of iniquity will begin to emerge, and from which the antichrist will emerge. The fact can only be understood prophetically by a Word established by Jesus just before He was crucified,

For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Matthew 24:28

Why will this be so? The region most affected by the coronavirus will begin to develop and rethink new economic models. The European Union will lead this motion not only for Europe but for the whole world. All this in fulfillment also of the vision that the apostle John presented in his Revelation about the last times, before the coming of Jesus,

And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9 If any man have an ear, let him hear. God’s ten plagues on Egypt leave us with a teaching that is useful to refer to in this section. Before Moses was sent by God to deliver the people, Egypt was a powerful nation in the region, much of its splendor that we know today was born at just that time. However, as soon as the ten plagues were over, Egypt became a weak and vulnerable people, and the children of Israel took on the riches of Egypt.

This teaching highlights the fact that after the coronavirus ends, some nations will be impoverished, others will struggle to sustain themselves, while others will be enriched – that is the case with the European Union. We have seen it before in history, Germany was destroyed and divided after the Second World War, its recovery and economic overcoming only marks the route that will follow the European Union as soon as the time of the coronavirus has passed.

In conclusion, the coronavirus is not only a virus that will soon pass and remain in instruction manuals as a lethal virus, as one of the greatest pandemics in the history of mankind; the coronavirus has been sent to fulfill a purpose of training and education. God in His Mercy has given us an up-to-date picture of how prophetic events are to run, because He knows that the church, today, is a sleeping church, which has become a religious institution, one that proclaims institutional achievements rather than the Word of God.

God is awakening his people.

there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. Psalm 91:10

Aspeto profético da pandemia de COVID-19

Nestes dias em que o mundo inteiro sentiu a ameaça da COVID-19, muitas pessoas de fé tiveram suas convicções confrontadas com o medo de que sua vida sofresse o mesmo destino de alguém que não tem a convicção em um Deus Todo-Poderoso.

Em que acreditar? Deus pode nos manter? A COVID-19 pode afetar um homem de fé? Podemos perecer?

Há muitas questões que circulam no ambiente e, embora não se expressem num fórum de tipo religioso, a incerteza tem subjugado mais do que uma, e é demonstrada na ultra observação das recomendações que as agências de saúde têm estabelecido como protocolos de proteção.

O que é o Coronavírus, e porque está presente em todo o mundo? Pode afetar tanto os incrédulos como os crentes?

O Coronavírus é uma praga, e independentemente de ter havido manipulação humana na sua criação, ou se foi formado como resultado da deformação genética que o homem causa com a alteração dos alimentos de tipo animal, a sua presença no planeta é por provisão de Deus que determinou que é regado em toda parte para nos lembrar que o homem não é o produto da evolução das espécies, que o homem é devido a Deus por ser seu Criador, e porque ele carrega dentro de si a imagem de Sua Natureza, e isto tanto para os crentes como para os incrédulos.

As dez pragas de Deus enviadas ao Faraó e ao Egito durante o tempo da escravidão de Israel nos mostram que o Coronavírus é uma praga enviada para derrubar a arrogância do homem, por causa de seu coração teimoso não querer ter Deus em suas notícias.

Porque esta vez enviarei todas as minhas pragas (מַגֵּפֹתַי) sobre o teu coração, e sobre os teus servos, e sobre o teu povo, para que saibas que não há outro como eu em toda a terra. Êxodo 9:14

O homem tem sido advertido por Deus em inúmeras ocasiões através de seus profetas, mas o homem tem aumentado sua rebelião resistindo de frente a Deus, mesmo com a teimosia de formar deuses segundo seu capricho, por isso Deus intervém para derrubar com pragas a dureza do coração do homem, daí o profeta Isaías ter profetizado sobre situações que quebram a arrogância do homem.

Por mim mesmo tenho jurado; saiu da minha boca a palavra de justiça e não tornará atrás: que diante de mim se dobrará todo joelho, e por mim jurará toda língua. Isaías 45:23 (Romanos 14:11; Filipenses 2:10-11)

As pragas são enviadas por Deus para mostrar ao homem que seus deuses não o salvam dos males que ele teme; as pragas são enviadas para lembrar ao homem/mulher de fé que seu Deus é o Criador Todo-Poderoso de todas as coisas que existem,

E eu passarei pela terra do Egito esta noite e ferirei todo primogênito na terra do Egito, desde os homens até aos animais; e sobre todos os deuses do Egito farei juízos. Eu sou o Senhor. Êxodo 12:12

A décima praga de Deus sobre o Egito nos mostra que as pragas podem tocar tanto os incrédulos quanto os crentes, mas também nos mostra que na Graça da operação da Sua exaltação, Ele deixa a provisão para aqueles que esperam n Ele serem salvos do julgamento que vem sobre a terra,

Porque o Senhor passará para ferir aos egípcios, porém, quando vir o sangue na verga da porta e em ambas as ombreiras, o Senhor passará aquela porta e não deixará ao destruidor entrar em vossas casas para vos ferir. Êxodo 12:23

O profeta Ezequiel confirma a Verdade desta salvação descrevendo em seus escritos que em tempos de pragas, Deus coloca uma marca na testa daqueles que se apoderam de Sua provisão,

4 E disse-lhe o Senhor: Passa pelo meio da cidade, pelo meio de Jerusalém, e marca com um sinal as testas dos homens que suspiram e que gemem por causa de todas as abominações que se cometem no meio dela…   6 Matai velhos, e jovens, e virgens, e meninos, e mulheres, até exterminá-los; mas a todo o homem que tiver o sinal não vos chegueis; e começai pelo meu santuário. E começaram pelos homens mais velhos que estavam diante da casa. Ezequiel 9:4-6

Todos os tempos tiveram uma provisão específica de salvação; no tempo de Noé a provisão era uma arca, no tempo de Moisés a provisão era o sangue de um cordeiro pintado nos pórticos e lintéis das casas; qual é a provisão de Deus para o tempo do Coronavírus?

Em nosso tempo, a provisão é Jesus, particularmente, a convicção em Revelação de que Ele falou ao Seu povo sobre o que significa o Coronavírus. Deus não é um estranho ao que está acontecendo atualmente no planeta, nem Satanás tomou mais liberdade do que o Todo-Poderoso lhe permite. Deus tem mostrado aos Seus profetas o propósito desta praga,

Certamente o Senhor Jeová não fará coisa alguma, sem ter revelado o seu segredo aos seus servos, os profetas. Amós 3:7

A provisão da salvação consiste em compreender que esta praga foi enviada por Ele, por Deus, para estabelecer uma ordem de reino sobre a face da terra. O homem tem vivido e construído sociedades ateístas e agnósticas, com estruturas de lei e ordem completamente estranhas a Deus; Deus já não tolera essa discrição humana, e exige uma mudança, e desceu para provocá-la; aqueles que compreendem isso serão salvos, aqueles que não, perecerão.

Mas Deus, não tendo em conta os tempos da ignorância, anuncia agora a todos os homens, em todo lugar, que se arrependam, Atos 17:30

A provisão de salvação para o tempo do Coronavírus consiste em entender que isso está acontecendo de Deus, e que, portanto, é absurdo repreendê-lo; aquele que repreende o Coronavírus se opõe à Vontade de Deus. Algo semelhante aconteceu no tempo do profeta Jeremias, e muitos não o compreenderam. Jeremias proclamou de Deus que Nabucodonosor tinha sido enviado por Ele,

6 E, agora, eu entreguei todas estas terras nas mãos de Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, meu servo, e até os animais do campo lhe dei, para que o sirvam.…  8 E acontecerá que, se alguma nação e reino não servirem o mesmo Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, e não puserem o pescoço debaixo do jugo do rei da Babilônia, visitarei com espada, e com fome, e com peste essa nação, diz o Senhor, até que a consuma pelas suas mãos. 9 E não deis ouvidos aos vossos profetas, e aos vossos adivinhos, e aos vossos sonhos, e aos vossos agoureiros, e aos vossos encantadores, que vos falam, dizendo: Não servireis ao rei da Babilônia. Jeremias 27:6-9

O Coronavírus vem de Deus e cumpre um propósito profético do estabelecimento do Reino. Nada acontecerá àqueles que compreendem que Deus está estabelecendo o Reino na face da terra, e que isto estabelece uma ordem divina na face da terra. Deixe-me apresentá-lo nas seguintes linhas.

A Soberania de Deus é estabelecida pelo caráter profético de todos os eventos humanos anunciados antes que eles ocorram. O profeta Isaías afirma em seus escritos que é da natureza de Deus descobrir o que vai acontecer sobre as coisas antes que os homens tomem consciência da possibilidade delas,

Assim diz o Senhor, o Santo de Israel, aquele que o formou: Perguntai-me as coisas futuras; demandai-me acerca de meus filhos e acerca da obra das minhas mãos. Isaías 45:11

O profeta Isaías profetizou de Deus sobre Ciro centenas de anos antes dele nascer, antes mesmo de sua nação ser conhecida;

quem diz de Ciro: É meu pastor e cumprirá tudo o que me apraz; dizendo também a Jerusalém: Sê edificada; e ao templo: Funda-te. Isaías 44:28

Da mesma forma, estes tempos de Coronavírus são profetizados nos escritos da Lei de Moisés, e também descrevem o porquê de ter atacado o planeta inteiro. Para entender isso, é necessário primeiro estudar e compreender o valor profético do cativeiro de Judá para a Babilônia. O profeta Jeremias profetizou de Deus que Judá iria para o cativeiro na Babilônia e ficaria fora por um período de setenta anos,

11 E toda esta terra virá a ser um deserto e um espanto, e estas nações servirão ao rei da Babilônia setenta anos. 12 Acontecerá, porém, que, quando se cumprirem os setenta anos, visitarei o rei da Babilônia, e esta nação, diz o Senhor, castigando a sua iniquidade, e a da terra dos caldeus; farei deles um deserto perpétuo. Jeremias 25:11-12

e um pouco mais tarde, a Palavra é confirmada novamente,

Porque assim diz o Senhor: Certamente que, passados setenta anos na Babilônia, vos visitarei e cumprirei sobre vós a minha boa palavra, tornando-vos a trazer a este lugar. Jeremias 29:10

Porquê setenta anos de cativeiro? Porquê deixar a terra desabitada? A resposta encontra-se nos escritos da Lei de Moisés,

34Então, a terra folgará nos seus sábados, todos os dias da sua assolação, e vós estareis na terra dos vossos inimigos; então, a terra descansará e folgará nos seus sábados.…  43 E a terra será desamparada por eles e folgará nos seus sábados, sendo assolada por causa deles; e tomarão por bem o castigo da sua iniquidade, em razão mesmo de que rejeitaram os meus juízos e a sua alma se enfastiou dos meus estatutos. Levítico 26:34-43

A palavra teve o seu cumprimento, e é o escritor do livro de Crônicas que a certifica, e também explica o porquê de setenta anos,

para que se cumprisse a palavra do Senhor, pela boca de Jeremias, até que a terra se agradasse dos seus sábados; todos os dias da desolação repousou, até que os setenta anos se cumpriram. 2 Crónicas 36:21

Porquê setenta anos de cativeiro e desolação da terra? O povo foi levado cativo pela própria arrogância do povo, pelo seu coração teimoso que não queria ter Deus em suas notícias, o povo serviu a outros deuses e esqueceu as leis que Deus lhes deu; a terra estava desolada e deixada em abandono porque o povo não observou o sábado por quatrocentos e noventa anos (setenta períodos de sete, de acordo com a celebração dos anos Shemitáh), e Deus a impôs sobre a teimosia do povo para estabelecer que não um jot ou um titulo perecesse da lei, até que todas as coisas fossem feitas.

A profecia sobre estes tempos de Coronavírus está inserida na profecia sobre a desolação da terra, como lemos nos escritos de Levítico, Crônicas e no livro do profeta Jeremias. Em todos os lugares do mundo os governos tomaram a decisão de estabelecer quarentenas em todas as cidades, em alguns casos, as quarentenas são acompanhadas pelo toque de recolher e pelo encerramento parcial das lojas. Até agora, todos os países do mundo concordaram que a duração das quarentenas será prolongada de 15 para 31 de março, um total de 17 dias em média, com a possibilidade de prolongar os dias se não houver controle da pandemia dentro desse período.

Se você comparar a atividade em todas as nossas cidades nestes dias com a instrução dada ao povo de Israel ao redor do sábado, você verá que a atividade foi reduzida à menor expressão; muitas pessoas estão literalmente se refugiando em suas casas e apartamentos. Vejamos isso com mais detalhes nos textos seguintes,

mas o sétimo dia é o sábado do Senhor, teu Deus; não farás nenhuma obra, nem tu, nem o teu filho, nem a tua filha, nem o teu servo, nem a tua serva, nem o teu animal, nem o teu estrangeiro que está dentro das tuas portas. Êxodo 20:10

Seis dias obra se fará, mas o sétimo dia será o sábado do descanso, santa convocação; nenhuma obra fareis; sábado do Senhor é em todas as vossas habitações. Levítico 23:3

O que você observa? Estes dias de quarentena são exatamente, literalmente, dias de descanso, como foram estabelecidos e exigidos pelo Senhor na Lei que Ele deu ao Seu povo. Todas as cidades do mundo, sem exceção, foram literalmente levadas para observar os sábados.

Similarmente, como nos setenta anos de desolação de Judá, para que a Terra observe seus sábados —anos de Shemitáh— em nossos dias Deus tem exigido o cumprimento de todo aquele tempo que os homens têm esquecido de descansar e descansar em seu Criador.

Porquê esta exigência de Deus para os nossos dias? Porque o homem construiu deuses materiais e se tornou escravo deles, esquecendo-se de que Deus os libertou da escravidão,

porque te lembrarás que foste servo na terra do Egito e que o Senhor, teu Deus, te tirou dali com mão forte e braço estendido; pelo que o Senhor, teu Deus, te ordenou que guardasses o dia de sábado. Deuteronómio 5:15

O Sábado não é um conceito religioso, é uma provisão de salvação para encontrar em Deus uma provisão de prosperidade, sabedoria e riqueza,

Antes, te lembrarás do Senhor, teu Deus, que ele é o que te dá força para adquirires poder; para confirmar o seu concerto, que jurou a teus pais, como se vê neste dia. Deuteronómio 8:18

Os textos seguintes são ainda mais contundentes, mostrando como Deus, através do Coronavírus, fez com que as pessoas se submetessem à Sua Palavra mesmo acima de suas próprias vontades,

Como está a população mundial hoje em dia?

É um sábado de descanso para vós, e afligireis a vossa alma; isto é estatuto perpétuo. Levítico 16:31

Eles estão “aflitos”, como a própria instrução para observar o Sábado exigia. Deus é um homem humilde, e forçando-o a reconhecer a Sua Soberania.

O que é a provisão de salvação para um homem/mulher de fé do Coronavírus?

Seis dias se fará obra, porém o sétimo dia é o sábado do descanso, santo ao Senhor; qualquer que no dia do sábado fizer obra, certamente morrerá. Êxodo 31:15

A salvação do Coronavírus consiste em compreender que por detrás desta praga está a mão de Deus; isto que está a acontecer neste momento é o dedo de Deus. Quem puder ver esta Revelação de Deus e se submeter a ela não morrerá; mas o homem/mulher de Deus que não vê Deus trabalhando no meio desta situação, e com arrogância quer repreendê-la, confiando nos protocolos sanitários e não na provisão de Deus, certamente morrerá, e nós teremos testemunho.

A provisão de Deus consiste na Revelação do Espírito pela Sua Palavra.

Deus trouxe o Coronavírus para estabelecer o Reino sobre a face da terra. Deus está impondo Sua Palavra, e assim como aconteceu com os setenta anos de cativeiro profetizados por Jeremias, até que a terra tivesse desfrutado de seus sábados, assim em nosso tempo Jeová-Deus, o Todo-Poderoso, trouxe o Coronavírus para completar duas semanas inteiras, e aquelas que o Senhor quer acrescentar, para que o homem possa entender que fora dEle não há outro.

Onde, ó homem de Deus, está a tua confiança? Por que, se ao crer e proclamar um Deus Todo-Poderoso você se comporta como se seu Deus tivesse sido tomado de surpresa pelo Coronavírus?

É hora de voltarmos em amizade com Deus e rever nossos fundamentos de fé, muitos dos quais são fundamentos de doutrinas humanas, não fundamentos da Palavra. Precisamos voltar para a Palavra, não interpretar a Palavra para se adequar às nossas reivindicações; precisamos entender o que significa Revelação, Justiça e Julgamento; precisamos despertar o Espírito da profecia e ser guiados pelo Espírito da Verdade.

E ele disse-me: Importa que profetizes outra vez a muitos povos, e nações, e línguas, e reis. Apocalipse 10:11

Concluo dizendo o que o Espírito diz ao Seu povo,

Nenhum mal te sucederá, nem praga alguma chegará à tua tenda. Salmos 91:10

Prophetic aspect of the Covid-19 pandemic

In these days when the whole world has felt the threat of COVID-19, many people of faith have had their convictions confronted by the fear that their life will suffer the same fate as one who does not have the conviction in an Almighty God.

What should we believe? Can God keep us from all plagues? Can COVID-19 affect a man of faith? Can we perish?

There are many questions circulating in the community, and although they are not expressed in a religious-type forum, uncertainty has overwhelmed more than one person of faith, and this can be seen in the ultra-observation of the recommendations that health agencies have established as protection protocols.

What is the Coronavirus, and why is it present in the whole world? Can it affect both unbelievers and believers?

The Coronavirus is a plague, and regardless of whether there was human manipulation in its creation, or if it was formed as a result of the genetic deformation that man causes with the alteration of animal-type foods, its presence on the planet is by the disposition of God who has determined that it be spread everywhere to remind us that man is not the product of the evolution of species, that man is due to God for being his Creator, and because he carries within himself the image of His Nature, and this for both believers and unbelievers.

The ten plagues of God sent on Pharaoh and on Egypt during the time of Israel’s slavery shows us that the Coronavirus is a plague sent to bring down the arrogance of man, because of his stubborn heart of not wanting to have God in his knowledge.

For I will at this time send all my plagues (מַגֵּפֹתַי) upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth. Exodus 9:14

Man has been warned by God on countless occasions through His prophets, but man has increased his rebellion by resisting God head on, even with the stubbornness of forming gods according to his whim, that’s why God intervenes to bring down with plagues the hardness of man’s heart, hence the prophet Isaiah prophesied about situations that break the arrogance of man.

I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. Isaiah 45:23 (Romans 14:11; Philippians 2:10-11)

The plagues are sent by God to show man that his gods do not save him from the evils he fears; the plagues are sent to remind the man/woman of faith that their God is the Almighty Creator of all things that exist,

For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord. Exodus 12:12

God’s tenth plague upon Egypt shows us that the plagues may touch unbelievers as well as Believers, but it also shows us that in the Grace of the operation of His exaltation, He leaves provision for those who hope in Him to be saved from the judgment which comes upon the earth,

For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the Lord will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you. Exodus 12:23

The prophet Ezekiel confirms the Truth of this salvation by describing in his writings that in times of plagues, God puts a mark on the foreheads of those who call upon His provision,

4 and the Lord said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof…  6 slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house. Ezekiel 9:4-6

All times have had a specific provision of salvation; in Noah’s time the provision was an ark, in Moses’ time the provision was the blood of a lamb painted on the porches and lintels of the houses; what is God’s provision for the time of the Coronavirus?

In our time, the provision is Jesus, particularly, the conviction in Revelation that He has spoken to His people about what the Coronavirus means. God is no stranger to what is currently happening on the planet, nor has Satan taken more freedom than the Almighty allows him. God has shown His prophets the purpose of this plague,

Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Amos 3:7

The provision of salvation consists of understanding that this plague has been sent by Him, by God, to establish an order of Kingdom on the face of the earth. Man has lived and built atheistic and agnostic societies, with structures of law and order completely alien to God; God no longer tolerates this human discretion, and demands a change, and has come down to provoke it; those who understand this will be saved, those who do not will perish.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent: Acts 17:30

The provision of salvation for the time of the Coronavirus consists of understanding that this is happening from God, and that therefore it is absurd to rebuke it; he who rebukes the Coronavirus opposes the Will of God. Something similar happened in the time of the prophet Jeremiah, and many did not understand it. Jeremiah proclaimed from God that Nebuchadnezzar had been sent from Him,

6 And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him…   8 And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the Lord, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand. 9 Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon: Jeremiah 27:6-9 

The Coronavirus comes from God and fulfills a prophetic purpose of Kingdom establishment. Nothing will happen to those who understand that God is establishing the Kingdom on the face of the earth, and that this establishes a divine order on the face of the earth. Let me introduce it to you in the following lines.

The Sovereignty of God is established by the prophetic character of all human events announced before they occur. The prophet Isaiah states in his writings that it is the nature of God to discover what will happen about things before men become aware of the possibility of them,

Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me. Isaiah 45:11

The prophet Isaiah prophesied from God about Cyrus hundreds of years before he was born, before his nation was even known;

that saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid. Isaiah 44:28

Similarly, these times of Coronavirus are prophesied in the writings of the Law of Moses, and also described why it has attacked the entire planet. To understand this, it is necessary to first study and understand the prophetic value of the captivity of Judah to Babylon. The prophet Jeremiah prophesied from God that Judah would go into captivity to Babylon and would be out for a period of seventy years,

11 And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. 12 And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the Lord, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations. Jeremiah 25:11-12

and a little later, the Word is confirmed again,

For thus saith the Lord, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place. Jeremiah 29:10

Why seventy years of captivity? Why leave the land uninhabited? The answer is found in the writings of the Law of Moses,

34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. …  43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes. Leviticus 26:34—43

The word had its fulfillment, and it is the writer of the book of Chronicles who certifies it, and also explains the reason why seventy years,

to fulfil the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years. 2 Chronicles 36:21

Why seventy years of captivity and desolation of the land? The people were taken captive by the very arrogance of the people, by their stubborn heart not wanting to have God in their knowledge, the people served other gods and forgot the laws that God had given them; the land was desolate and left in neglect because the people did not observe the Sabbath day for four hundred and ninety years (seventy periods of seven, according to the celebration of the Shemitáh years), and God enforced it over the stubbornness of the people to establish that not one jot or tittle shall perish from the law, until all things are done.

The prophecy about these times of Coronavirus is inserted in the prophecy about the desolation of the earth, as we have read in the writings of Leviticus, Chronicles and the book of the prophet Jeremiah. Everywhere in the world governments made the decision to establish quarantines on all cities, in some cases, the quarantines are accompanied by curfews and the partial closure of shops. So far, all countries of the world have agreed that the duration of the quarantines will be extended from March 15 to 31, a total of 17 days on average, with the possibility of extending the days if there is no control of the pandemic within that period.

If you compare the activity in all of our cities these days with the instruction given to the people of Israel around the Sabbath, you will see that the activity has been reduced to the slightest expression; many people are literally taking refuge in their houses and apartments. Let us look at this in more detail in the following texts,

but the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: Exodus 20:10

Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings. Leviticus 23:3

What do you observe? These days of quarantine are exactly, literally, days of rest, as they were established and demanded by the Lord in the Law that He gave to His people. All the cities of the world, without exception, have been taken literally to observe Sabbaths. Can this come from Satan?

Similarly, as it happened with the seventy years of Judah’s desolation, in order for the land to fulfill its Sabbath days —Shemitáh years— in our days God has demanded the fulfillment of all that time that men have forgotten to repose and rest in their Creator.

Why this demand of God for our days? Because man has built up material gods and become a slave to them, forgetting that God delivered them from slavery,

And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the Lord thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. Deuteronomy 5:15

The Sabbath is not a religious concept, it is a provision of salvation to find in God a provision of prosperity, wisdom and wealth,

But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Deuteronomy 8:18

The following texts are even more forceful, showing how God through the Coronavirus made people submit to His Word even above their own wills,

How is the population of the world today?

It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute forever. Leviticus 16:31

They are “afflicted”, as the very instruction to observe the Sabbath day demanded. God is humbling man, and forcing him to acknowledge His Sovereignty.

What is the provision of salvation for a man/woman of faith in the face of the Coronavirus?

Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. Exodus 31:15

Salvation from the Coronavirus consists in understanding that behind this plague is the hand of God; this that is happening right now is the finger of God. Whoever can see this Revelation of God and submit to it will not die; but the man/woman of God who does not see God working in the midst of this situation, and with arrogance wants to rebuke it, trusting in the sanitary protocols rather than in the provision of God, will certainly die, and we will have testimony.

God’s provision consists of the Revelation of the Spirit by His Word.

God has brought the Coronavirus to establish Kingdom on the face of the earth. God is enforcing His Word, and just as it happened with the seventy years of captivity prophesied by Jeremiah, until the earth had enjoyed its Sabbaths, so in our time Jehovah-God, the Almighty, has brought the Coronavirus to complete two full weeks, and those that the Lord wants to add, so that man may understand that outside of Him there is no other.

Where, Oh man of God, is your trust? Why, if by believing and proclaiming an Almighty God you behave as if your God had been taken by surprise by the Coronavirus?

It is time for us to return in friendship with God and review our foundations of faith, many of which are foundations of human doctrines, not foundations of the Word. We need to return to the Word, not interpret the Word to fit our claims; we need to understand what Revelation, Righteousness and Judgment means; we need to awaken the Spirit of prophecy and be led by the Spirit of Truth.

And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings. Revelation 10:11

I conclude by stating what the Spirit says to His people,

there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. Psalm 91:10
